Make the most of your time at the McMinnville Scottish Festival by following these helpful tips!

1. **PARKING AT THE EVENT WILL BE $5.00 PER VEHICLE EACH DAY, PAYABLE BY CASH ONLY**

2. Due to policy changes at the venue, ONLY SERVICE ANIMALS will be permitted to join guests at the festival

3. If you plan on enjoying an adult beverage at the festival, make sure you FIRST stop by the ID CHECK STATION NEAR THE MAIN GATE, and then purchase tokens at one of our SWIG & SWAG BOOTHS, as the beer tent is tokens only, no cash or card!

4. There will be first-come-first-serve seating near the main stage and picnic tables throughout the venue, but you are more than welcome to bring your own chairs and blankets. (Please no La-Z-Boys😂)

5. No outside food or drink with the exception of water.

6. All bags are subject to security search.

With the many classes that participate, including the TITAN class, heart and passion is the only requirement, though a healthy dose of brawn doesn’t hurt either! From the well-known caber-tossing, hefting a length of lumber up and away, to the sheaf toss, there is sure to be an event that will leave you in awe as a spectator! You can take a look at our 2024 games schedule below, the 2025 schedule will be posted closer to the event.

Join Pastor Bill Wilton at 8am on Sunday, October 5th in the Highland Dance Pavilion. The McMinnville Scottish Festival is proud to host the Kirkin’ O’ the Tartan, a tradition rooted in Scottish Heritage, especially among Scots and people of Scottish descent worldwide.

10:00am/1:30pm/4:00pm – Sheepherding demonstrations with our friends from Wolston Farms – Check out live sheep-herding demonstrations with expert herding dogs showing off their skills as they maneuver a flock of sheep! Located in Delashmutt Arena (the big red barn)

9:00am – throughout the day – Highland Coo Pets & Pics – Thanks to our friends at Flourishing Coo Homestead, you will be able to pet and snap a pic with a few adorable Highland coos!

KIDS’ CORNER

If you have kids, check out the Kids’ Corner by the Main Stage.  With arts and crafts, face painting, practicing the “sheep” and “caber” toss, and other fun activities, your tots will have a tater of a time.  The Kids’ Corner runs all day, both days (with a few breaks for the volunteers).  It’s free and it’s fun!
